This is a great new restaurant in the area. It is in the generation park complex and suffers from the incomplete status of the development. Don't be dissuaded by the construction signs. Bibos is open. The parking garage is free for two hours. If you stay longer the owner will validate you.
They have great food and a good staff. There is a mixture of cuisines that will satisfy all palates.
I've been there several times for lunch and happy hour. Every dish i've tried has been good.
Pho
Gyoza
Noodles
Drunken pork
Springbrolls
Boob boom bowl
All delicious!
I encourage everyone to give it a try, especially those of you in the area (Fall Creek, Summer Wood, etc.) who are always looking for a quality local restaurant.
Tell Mary Paul sent you
(No affiliation with the restaurant, I just like it.) -

Came to Bibo's because I had a $5 coupon special (any size pho plus an egg roll appetizer) in the mail from their grand opening two months ago and finally had the chance to try it. Walked in and it took a while for someone to ask me what I wanted to drink but after that, service was good and staff is really nice. Interior is also pretty.
Since $5 got me any size, I picked the super size combo pho (original price $11). The egg rolls (originally $6) were really good and piping hot and fresh! The pho was HUGE but the soup lacked flavor although it was very clean and wasn't greasy. It did have a lot of meat. But the side of basil, cilantro, and bean sprouts they provided was laughable. I probably only had 2 full leaves of basil.....
I love pho and eat it frequently so compared to other places, I felt Bibo's pho was subpar. Would not go back again for pho. However, just happy that with the coupon, my total was only $5.41 (not including tip) and I was able to try another pho near by. -

Very disappointed with this location, they have changed so much since they have opened. We attended Happy Hour yesterday which ends at 6 and I will NEVER step foot in this place again. The food was absolutely horrible, the loaded fries were cold and the waitress told us they cook the fries early and just add hot toppings. They use to have the best wings in the area and now the wings taste like the Blazin wings from a Walmart...
The drinks are so watered down and the owner make them after coming from the kitchen, toy king everything in sight and did not wash her hands and had the nerves to remove ice from the glass which was very unsanitary... -

I was actually really excited to try this place since their website portrayed it to be glamorous. I was honestly underwhelmed by their pho. My sister and I both ordered pho, she ordered meatball and I the shrimp. We both came to the consensus that the broth had no depth. There was flavor, but not that distinct pho flavor that takes it beyond a regular soup. It was as if we ordered a coke with no fizz. I give them a 3 out of 5 because the restaurant is clean and inviting (it's a bit smaller than I pictured it in my mind) and the customer service was really great. The only thing is that the pho fell flat with me and could have had much more flavor.
Also, I ordered my daughter popcorn chicken from the kids menu. It did not come with fries. Sadly, it seemed like they were frozen and then fried.
I do want to give this place another try. Maybe for happy hour for drinks and appetizers. -

What a surprise to find such a great place for Vietnamese food. We started with a combination shrimp and chicken lettuce wrap appetizer. The flavors were wonderful and not overly sweet. There was more filling than you could eat, so the portion size was more than adequate for two.
We each ordered Pho. They offered a small, large and extra large size. We chose large so we could take some home. The broth was flavorful. The noodles and meats / veggies were not lacking too! Overall, we were very satisfied. Can't wait to return!
